The User Conference offers 20+ breakout sessions plus industry roundtables, hands-on opportunities with TMA consultants, computer labs and panel discussions taught by TMA staff members and/or client presenters. Additionally, it includes two meals a day, networking and social activities, and direct access to strategic partners and TMA staff.
Is there a group rate to book at the Hyatt?

Can I bring my spouse/guest to UC23?
Yes, clients may bring a guest or spouse for an additional fee of $175. This fee includes all meals and evening social events. Please leave a comment for a spouse registration and request to be invoiced.
How do I access the Solution Zone area and the free 1:1 time with TMA Consultants?
We will have free first-come first-served consultative services throughout UC in our Solution Zone. These will be limited in their capacity to give clients ample attention to help directly within their own production environment. You must be a current WebTMA client to take advantage of these services.
What can I work on in the UC Solution Zone?
Work with WebTMA experts to fine tune your reports, optimize your dashboards, configure features you learned about during UC, or address any other questions about WebTMA. Bring your own laptop or work from a TMA provided workstation, any updates you make will be done directly in your production WebTMA environment.
Will you be offering a virtual version of the User Conference this year?
No, we will be fully focused on offering our clients the best experience possible during our in-person event.
