Mary Kay, Inc., one of the world’s leading beauty companies, recently implemented WebTMA as their new Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS). WebTMA will be utilized by both U.S. and Chinese Facilities Operations departments.

One reason WebTMA was selected by Mary Kay is that the application provided a solution that could be embraced by users as a positive change to their day-to-day duties. WebTMA met this objective because of its ease of use, as well as all other technical specifications Mary Kay required in a CMMS.  The new system is viewed as an important tool that will enhance both country’s technicians’ productivity by allowing Mary Kay to more effectively manage their work order and preventive maintenance programs, equipment work history, and compliance records for regulatory agencies.  Dustin Taylor, President of TMA Systems, stated, “Our strong reputation with international clients proved that TMA could effectively perform the job for Mary Kay.
