About the client
Challenges
The client needed a way to better quantify its labor needs and figure out where its budgets were going. Since this was a public park with multiple assets spaced out over a large area, its management team needed to be able to effectively allocate resources where they were needed the most.

Solution
The Gathering Place’s close relationship with TMA Systems allowed it to fully leverage WebTMA. The integration of this solution allowed the facility management team to understand labor requirements for maintenance better.
WebTMA's easily accessible reporting and tracking capabilities, paired with its efficient work order generation and management system, provided the maintenance team with total visibility into key areas of consideration. This allowed the team to define where vital labor resources were going, and the frequency with which certain areas needed certain maintenance activities. All of these vital insights allowed the facility management team to identify the root causes of disruptions better and identify ways to improve the quality and presentation of the park as a whole.
Furthermore, these comprehensive insights allowed the park management team to understand labor resources and how much time and effort was being taken by specific technicians to complete their respective maintenance duties. This allowed the facility management team to better assess individual technicians and assign tasks based on their skills and experience.
"Our company’s experience with TMA has been stellar. I have been involved with other CMMS programs and the user interface is much easier with TMA. Their customer support is second to none. There has never been a situation where we had a question or encountered a difficulty within the program that wasn’t acted on or resolved on time."
- Ken Sutter, Director of Facilities, Gathering Place
Benefits
WebTMA's integration into Gathering Place’s infrastructure has allowed the latter to become more effective and efficient with its labor resources. The park's management is positive about using the insights gathered through WebTMA to eventually build a comprehensive training program. Currently, WebTMA has allowed the park to process approximately 300 work orders a month, but this is also expected to double as more assets are brought into the system and more workers become familiar with the work order management systems.
