Project Description: Walgreens was looking for a solution that could manage the assets at their 13 distribution centers throughout the United States and the Caribbean. Their goal was to find one solution that could track all their assets and manage their maintenance operations. These assets included: facilities, equipment including conveyer systems and on-site ground equipment such as forklifts and their spare parts. After an extensive search, TMA WorkGroup was selected as the preferred solution. They needed multiple repair/cost centers to properly track their operational costs.
