How do I get from the airport to the Conference hotel?
User Conference shuttles will run between Tulsa International Airport and the Hyatt Regency Tulsa/DoubleTree Downtown on Monday for arriving guests and on Friday for departures. Please send your travel itinerary to UC2018@tmasystems.com so that we can make certain we accommodate your arrival.
How far is the Conference hotel from local activities?
The Hyatt Regency Tulsa is in the middle of Tulsa’s downtown area. You are within walking distance of restaurants, nightlife, museums, parks, and some of America’s most beautiful examples of Art Deco architecture.
Is there a discounted hotel room rate?
Yes. The Hyatt Regency Tulsa and the DoubleTree Downtown offer a User Conference rate of $111 a night.
Will I receive confirmation of my User Conference registration?
Yes, you will receive a confirmation e-mail once your registration has been processed.
What forms of payment do you accept?
TMA Systems accepts credit card (Visa or MasterCard), check, money order, or purchase order as forms of payment.
What is the cancellation policy?
The registration fee is fully refundable up to seven (7) days prior to the Conference or transferable up to the start of the Conference. All cancellations must be made in writing to:
TMA is happy to include your guest in the User Conference festivities. Guest registration cost is $150.00 per guest and includes meals and access to evening events only.
Where do I check in with TMA after arriving at the Conference?
Look for the UC2018 Information Desk on the Lower Level of the Conference hotel, the Hyatt Regency Hotel. Our staff will provide you with your registration badge, information packet, and will be happy to answer any questions you might have.
I have special dietary needs. Where should I send my meal requests?
Please let us know your needs in advance via e-mail at UC2018@tmasystems.com. We will make every effort to accommodate your special needs.
What is the recommended attire for the User Conference?
We recommend business casual dress for our day and evening events. The average high should be 72 degrees, with evenings and early mornings normally being a little cool. You might want to bring a light jacket.
