Web Education is Key
TMA offers Internet-based training for the basic functions in TMA and WebTMA as a benefit to our clients on current support.
The number of attendees is limited for these Internet training sessions. To register for a session, send an e-mail to Internet Training. Include your name, organization, and the name of the web session you want to join. You will receive a return e-mail with additional information for linking to the session. Session recordings are also available on the TMA support web site within a week of the session date.

Quick Post Labor by Technician Keyboard Shortcut
Use the key combination Ctrl+Shift+F to open the Quick Post > Labor by Technician window on the Transactions menu.
WebTMA
Action Requested on My Page
You can elect to add a new column to My Page that includes the Action Requested for a Work Order. To choose this option, click the Customize My Page link and go to the My Work Orders Tab. If you want this information in the Work Order section of My Page, click the Action Requested check box.
TMA Spotlight Feature
Desktop
v. 8.0.3.x - Report heading reflects Browse Selection criteria when printed using Print on the toolbar.
If you click Print on the TMA toolbar from the Work Order Browse window, the heading on the Report will reflect the selections you made on the Browse Selection Criteria popup.
WebTMA
If WebTMA is the primary web site that you use for your job, consider making it your home page or marking it as a favorite.
Automatic Launch
If you use Microsoft Internet Explorer you can do this using the following steps:
- Launch Internet Explorer
- Go to the WebTMA login page. Note: If you do not have the URL, contact your WebTMA System Administrator.
- Select Tools > Internet Options on the Internet Explorer menu.
- Locate the Home Page section at the top of the Internet Options page.
- Click the Use Current button. This inserts the current URL in the Address field of the Home Page section.
- Click the OK button on the window.
- Close the Internet Options window.
Once set, the WebTMA login page will be launched each time you open Internet Explorer.
Optional Favorite
To add webTMA to your Favorites:
- Launch Internet Explorer.
- Go to the WebTMA login page. Note: If you do not have the URL, contact your WebTMA System Administrator.
- Select Favorites > Add to Favorites from the Internet Explorer menu.
- Accept the default WebTMA login or change to an identifying name you prefer.
- Click the OK button on the window, and the window closes automatically.
Meet the New Crew
Sarah Meldrum - Sarah has joined TMA's Quality Assurance Department. She comes to TMA with a degree in Computer Science from Oklahoma City University and is currently finishing her MBA. She loves her 2 dogs and an abundance of nieces and nephews.
Jill Woolman - Jill is an Accounting Assistant in TMA's Administration Department. She is a native of Tulsa and has several years of experience in the accounting field. Jill likes to spend time camping at the lake and at her father's alpaca and horse ranch when she is not at home with her dog and cat.
Katherine George - Katherine is one of our new consultants in Professional Services. She has an undergraduate degree from the University of Tulsa and J. D. from the UT College of Law. Katherine has worked with SAP and SAP-related software and specializes in business process design and modeling as well as training and curriculum development. She loves being outdoors and being with her dogs Sammy, Midnight Louie and with her cat, Bob.
