TMA Releases Now Available
Client Server Release
On Monday, February 26th Release 8.0.2.2 will be available. Version 8.0.2.2 is a maintenance release you will be able to download from the TMA Support site. Upgrading from Version 8.0.1.x to Version 8.0.2.2 will require a data version upgrade. Please call TMA Support at 800.228.8765 if you have any questions.
TMA Version 8.0 is available for clients on current support using Oracle, MS SQL, MSDE, and MS SQL Express. The initial installation is only available on CD since it requires a new database engine and an updated license file. Send an e-mail to support@tmasystems.com, or call the toll free number 800.228.8765 to request the latest installation CD of Version 8.0. Installation and release documentation is included with the shipment.
For those clients using Version 7.8.x.x, you can download the latest release, 7.8.0.33, from the TMA Support site. Release 7.8.0.33 is a maintenance release to correct all reported issues in Version 7.8.
Non-Client Server Release
Release 7.7.12 is available for download on the TMA Support site. Release 7.7.12 is a maintenance release to correct all reported issues.
WebTMA Client Hosted Release
On Wednesday, February 28th, Version 3.1.3.19 will be available on the WebTMA Support site. This is a maintenance release that is available for clients who host WebTMA locally.
Look for the recorded WebTMA Internet training sessions that are also available on the support site. These recordings are great learning tools on features and functionality available in WebTMA for new employees and refresher training for more experienced users.
TMA Support Site
The TMA Support site is a useful resource for news and events, downloading the latest product release, training resources, submitting questions to client services, reporting issues, and checking the status of cases. The site also includes a list of frequently asked questions (FAQ's) which can save time finding answers to some of the more common questions and issues. To take advantage of this excellent tool, contact TMA Client Services or your Client Relations Representative at 800.228.8765, or e-mail them at support@tmasystems.com to request access.
Web Education is Key
Internet Training
TMA offers training for TMA and WebTMA basic functions over the Internet-and it's FREE! To register for these sessions, you must have an active TMA support contract and access to the Internet.
The number of attendees is limited for any Internet training session. To register for a session, send an e-mail to ann-marie.dowling@tmasystems.com. Include your name, organization, and the name of the Internet session you want to join. You will receive a return e-mail with additional information for linking to the session. Recordings are also available on the TMA support web site within a week of the session date.

April 11, 2006 - Materials Management - Request for Quote through Purchase
WebTMA completes the process of stocking your warehouse from Request for Quotes through Purchase Orders. This session will take you through the steps of using these functions and demonstrate the benefits of the Stock Replenishment Wizard.
May 9, 2007 - Work Order Browse, Request Browse, Browse tabs
WebTMA's browse features give you the ability to review Work Orders, requests, and records easily. This session will demonstrate how to get the most of the functions available in those windows, including creating a custom browse on the browse tabs.

Starting with TMA Release 8.0.1.9, only Mac OS Version 10.3 and higher will be supported.
Tip for WebTMA
WebTMA has been certified to run with IE7.
WebTMA is also compatible with SQL Server 2005 for clients hosting WebTMA at their own site.

Room Inspection Module (for MS SQL, Oracle, and MS SQL Express)
TMA's Room Inspection module is an advanced tool for automating and streamlining your inspection processes. These inspections can relate to inspecting the condition of your assets for safety, move-in/move-out requirements or a variety of other purposes. Business benefits include:

Meet the New Crew:
Jackie Herbert - We're adding more talent to the TMA crew with Jackie's 15 years of experience in graphic design. As the new Marketing Coordinator Jackie will be a great asset to the TMA Marketing team. She earned her Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design and Illustration from Kansas State University and since then has been working in the graphics and marketing field. Although born and raised in Overland Park, Kansas she and her six year old son have resided in Tulsa, Oklahoma for the past four years. Jackie enjoys remodeling and landscaping her home in her spare time.
Bill Musick - As one of our newest members to the TMA technical support crew, Bill will be putting his seven years of computer and technical experience to good use. Along with his on-the-job experience, Bill also has a certification from Tulsa Technology Center in Network Administration. Throughout his career Bill worked for technical support teams, as a PC Support Technician and a software tester. Bill is a native Oklahoman and enjoys playing in a local band in his spare time.
Cindy Whitaker - With over 30 years of business experience at NASA, North American Rockwell, Monsanto and The Williams Company, Cindy returned to the working world after a few years off to join TMA. Cindy is putting experience to use by taking on multiple roles at TMA, including Receptionist and Professional Services travel coordinator. Although her prior experiences caused Cindy to reside around the country, she was born and raised in Tulsa, Oklahoma. She enjoys playing year-round tennis, skiing in Colorado, and playing ball with her dachshund.
