TMA offers a full range of consulting services provided by TMA Consultants. These services are provided remotely, at your site, or at the TMA Training Center on an exclusive or non-exclusive basis. The Consultant becomes your single point of contact with the in-depth technical knowledge and experience to manage a project to completion. Whether the project is basic or complex the Consultant has the experience to guide your organization through the entire process. The Consultant will assist in the development of a project plan that will help identify the goals, allocate "the correct" resources and delegate responsibilities appropriately. In addition, the consultant will conduct the periodic reviews that will ensure you that the project is completed on time and on budget. These services include: full project management, data and systems conversion services, and strategies for improving workflow and work processes. These services are uniquely tailored to fit the needs and requirements of each client.

TMA Advanced Training

TMA Advanced Training may be conducted remotely, at your site, or on an exclusive basis at the TMA Training Center. The curriculum (selection of the training modules) developed by TMA Trainers and Consultants will be determined and customized based on consultation with you and your personnel.

These more advanced services ensure you that the solution can be effectively and efficiently utilized (guaranteeing the most rapid return-on-investment). The Consultant, working in conjunction with your staff, will conduct a review of your organization's environment and business processes to make recommendations on ways the TMA solution can provide the maximum benefit to your organization.

System Integration

Integration of TMA data with other applications is a necessity in today's environment. Data is shared between departments and applications on a regular basis. TMA Consultants are committed to working with your organization to ensure these integrations are done smoothly and efficiently.

Data Collection

TMA Consultants can collect your data, or should you desire, provide standard or custom data collection forms for you to gather your property, plant and equipment data. In addition, database tools can be designed to assist your organization in gathering the data to initialize the TMA database via the TMA iPortal.
