TMA CAFM (Computer Aided Facilities Management) fully integrates CAD drawings with your TMA Maintenance Management solution by organizing and linking data directly from your drawings to the TMA database.
The imbedded Drawing Manager provides the ability to drill down to any drawing using an easy-to-use tree list, view drawings, redline drawings, and create links to other files and applications.
Move Manager coordinates occupant and asset relocation, facilitates tracking, and manages the changeover of assets and people by allowing the integration of all move information in a single transaction. Whether the move is as small as relocating an individual or as complex as moving an entire department, everything is executed with a single click.

Primary features of TMA CAFM
Maintenance Functions. With a single click on a room number, create a work request or work order from a drawing. In addition, easily generate needed work history reports directly from a drawing.
Asset Management. Locate assets (equipment, furniture, tools, telecom assets, hazardous materials, etc.) on the appropriate drawing. View asset inventories by room.
Space Management. Import and add space records to the TMA database from your drawings. Calculate square footage and update space records from the drawing window. Hatch spaces to show usage and departmental assignments.
Move Management. Move Manager minimizes costs and maximizes productivity by more effectively managing moves. Create simple or complex moves by adding occupants, selecting occupant assets, and adding additional items to be moved. A single click executes an entire move, creates a move history (audit trail), and updates all new occupant attributes such as new phone number, position code, etc.
Drawing Manager. Drill down to any drawing using the easy-to-use tree list. Click a facility, infrastructure, or building to review a detailed work history. View, redline, or link files and applications or launch an Internet URL directly from the drawing.
