Materials Management
When it comes to tracking inventory, TMA will keep you organized. Parts are easily issued to work orders or accounts. Parts or materials are also cross-referenced to vendors, equipment and vehicles. Right click on any URL field and TMA launches your browser and goes to a vendor's web site!
You can assign a minimum and maximum stock level for each part, and TMA will automatically notify you when quantities on-hand fall below specified levels. TMA will link part information to a purchase order and even calculate the average lead-time required to restock that part.
Have the ability to store graphics and electronic drawings of parts for easy identification. Keep track of whether a part is in stock and at which location. Users with sufficient authorization levels can approve requisitions or purchase orders.
