Estimates
Estimates are a valuable tool in monitoring and managing costs. TMA can set up estimates as a requirement called up when work orders are created. Estimates are related to work orders, projects, requests, and contracts. If estimates are required, TMA will not allow the work order to be issued until the estimate is entered and approved.
There are two kinds of estimates in TMA: simple and advanced.
- Simple estimates include hours, costs and start and end dates.
- Advanced estimates include hours, costs, start and end dates as well as detailed information linked to the related functions, such as projects and contracts.
