Work histories on your buildings and spaces are automatically maintained in this module. Analyze trends in maintenance and total operating costs by facility, building and space. Conveniently track space and equipment inventories including where equipment is assigned. Plus, store graphics (schematics, parts explosion diagrams, etc.) with each record.
