TULSA, OK, August 25, 2014 – Campus Living Villages (CLV), a global leader in student accommodation for university campuses, recently finished their implementation of their web-based CMMS (WebTMA) for their Australian campuses. Campus Living Villages (CLV) will utilize WebTMA within their Facilities Department to manage their work order and preventive maintenance programs. Additionally, the interface between WebTMA and StarRez will allow greater efficiency in the organization’s check-in/check-out process for students and improve upon the time necessary for room readiness.
WebTMA will assist CLV in its operation of their 13 properties and more than 9,000 student beds across Australia. CLV is currently expanding the rollout of WebTMA to its remaining portfolio of 40,000 beds at 46 properties in New Zealand, the United Kingdom, and the United States.
Dustin Taylor, President of TMA Systems, stated, “We’re very pleased Campus Living Villages chose to partner with TMA. It is the partnerships we have with organizations such as CLV that continue to make us the leading CMMS provider within the university housing market.”

About Campus Living Villages (www.clv.com.au)
Considered one of the largest providers of student accommodation globally, Campus Living Villages (CLV) owns, manages, or is developing more than 40,000 beds at 59 properties in Australia, New Zealand, the United Kingdom, and the United States.
Campus Living Villages aspires to set the global standard in student accommodation. As a business, CLV goes beyond providing quality buildings and facilities, working to create exciting communities, learning opportunities, and memories for residents that last a lifetime. CLV’s portfolio consists of a diverse range of owned and managed sites, located predominantly on-campus at higher education institutions. The company focuses on developing high-quality, contemporary accommodation specifically designed to maximize sustainability and the student experience.
CLV’s reputation for excellence rests on an in-depth understanding of the industry, experience in diverse international markets, and a commitment to establishing and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with partner institutions. CLV's success stems from an integrated approach to student accommodation with expertise in finance, design, development, project management, and operations.
In an environment where many institutions are faced with aging housing facilities, where demand for accommodation exceeds supply, and where the funding environment is challenging, CLV’s public-private partnership (PPP) model offers a low-risk opportunity for educational institutions to provide quality student accommodation without having to divert major funding away from teaching and research priorities.
